Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Tone Bender Music! We're committed to the quality and security of your online shopping experience. We do our very best to help you choose the right item(s) from the get go, and not just "sell you" what we have piled up in the warehouse. That's how "we help shape your sound".

In the highly unlikely event that you not satisfied with a purchase, contact us immediately. You may return an item within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange toward another product. A return authorization must be issued prior to returning an item. Items return without authorization will be refused. Special order items, discontinued, closeout, used products, personal items (in ear monitors, harmonicas...), and software products are not eligible for return.

Returned items must show no signs of wear or be damaged in any way, be in their original boxes and packing materials, and accompanied by everything that originally came with them (manual, warranty cards...). Items not meeting this criteria will be subject to a restocking fee.

Privacy Policy

Whether you shop with us online, over the phone, or in person by appointment, we may collect and store information about you to better serve your needs. This information may include name, address, phone numbers, email address, email content, payment and other information.

We DO NOT store credit card information... unless you authorize us to do so.

To better develop your online shopping experience, we also may collect additional information including, but not limited to IP address, browser type, computer platform and operating system, what pages you view, what time, and how long you view them for.

We use cookies (pass the milk, please) to identify you as an online shopper, and tailor your visit to our site.

To safeguard all of this, we use appropriate network, electronic, physical, and business practices to keep your information secure. We do not sell or distribute this information, except where required by law. So don't blame us for all of that junk mail you receive!
